One form, filled in
Delivery & Refunds
Last updated 5 November 2026
How finished work reaches you, what to do when something is late or wrong, and how cancelling and refunds work. Your written quotation adds the details of your own project.
How does the work reach me?
Everything arrives electronically. A Scopevyn project is a service — the design and preparation of your intake structures — and the quotation’s deliverables arrive as files with their notes, by email or by download link. Nothing is posted.
Where the quotation includes configuring a questionnaire in a tool you already use, that setup is handed over inside your own tool, with a note on how it is put together. We neither host the form nor gather its answers for you.
What if something has not arrived?
Tell us. Your quotation fixes the delivery schedule; it turns on the scope and on when your materials reach us. If an agreed date passes without a delivery, write and we will send the files again or give a plain account of where the project stands.
The same applies to revisions: the allowance is fixed in the quotation, and work past it is agreed and priced in writing before anyone starts it, so a late delivery never becomes a quiet extra charge.
Can I change my mind after agreeing?
That depends on how you buy. A business customer has no statutory right to cancel; ending the work follows the quotation and the Terms of Service. A consumer has the right below, and nothing we write anywhere takes it away.
Work can start inside the 14-day cancellation period only if you expressly ask for that, and your written order confirmation records the request. Starting the work never forfeits the right; cancelling afterwards costs a proportionate share of whatever has been done by then.
Wording set by law
The wording is the model text from Schedule 3 to the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, with our details filled in, the footnote choice for services taken, and the two passages about goods left out, because we supply none.
Right to cancel
You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period will expire after 14 days from the day of the conclusion of the contract.
To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform us (Scopevyn Intake Maps Ltd, 7 High Street, Kington, Herefordshire, HR5 3AX, director@scopevynintakemapsltd.com) of your decision to cancel this contract by a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail). You may use the attached model cancellation form, but it is not obligatory.
To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right to cancel before the cancellation period has expired.
Effects of cancellation
If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for the supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us).
We will make the reimbursement without undue delay, and not later than 14 days after the day on which we are informed about your decision to cancel this contract.
We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.
If you requested to begin the performance of services during the cancellation period, you shall pay us an amount which is in proportion to what has been performed until you have communicated us your cancellation from this contract, in comparison with the full coverage of the contract.
Cancelling itself takes one clear message: write to us by email to director@scopevynintakemapsltd.com, or by post to our registered office, Scopevyn Intake Maps Ltd, 7 High Street, Kington, Herefordshire, HR5 3AX and say the contract is cancelled. The form below exists for that, but any plain statement works.

What about digital material supplied straight away?
A quotation can include ready-made digital material that is available to you the moment the order is confirmed, alongside the bespoke work. For that material, the rules below apply instead of the staged-delivery ones.
Where you buy digital material that is made available to you straight away, we ask for your express consent in the order confirmation: consent to the supply beginning immediately, and an acknowledgement that you will lose your right to cancel once supply has begun. If you give that consent and we begin to supply the material, the 14-day right to cancel no longer applies to it.
If you do not give that consent, we will not begin supplying the material until the 14-day cancellation period has ended, and you keep your right to cancel during that period.
Losing the right to cancel does not affect your legal rights if the material is faulty, not as described, or not fit for a purpose that you made known to us before you bought it. In those cases you may be entitled to a repair or replacement, a price reduction, or a refund under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
How is money returned?
Cancel inside the cancellation period and you get back everything you paid, less the proportionate share of work you asked us to begin. The refund is made within 14 days of the day we learn of your decision, through the same payment method you used unless you expressly agree to another, and it costs you nothing.
A business customer, or a project ended after the period, follows a different path: the one the written quotation sets before work starts.
What if the work falls short?
Say so, and it is ours to fix. For a consumer, the Consumer Rights Act 2015 sets the remedies: a service not performed with reasonable care and skill can be required to be done again, and if that is impossible or does not happen within a reasonable time, the price comes down. For digital content that is faulty, wrongly described or unfit for its purpose, the remedies run: repair or replacement, a lower price, a refund. Nothing on this page narrows any of these.
How is the work paid for?
By invoice, in pounds sterling (GBP), on the methods and due date the quotation states. If your quotation offers card payment, you enter the card on the payment provider's own secure page; the details never pass through us and are never stored by us. No payment is taken on this website.
Where do I write?
A late delivery, a refund, a fault: write to us by email to director@scopevynintakemapsltd.com, or by post to our registered office, Scopevyn Intake Maps Ltd, 7 High Street, Kington, Herefordshire, HR5 3AX. How a complaint is answered, and how fast, is set out in the Terms of Service.
