FAQ

The questions that arrive before the outline does.

What people tend to ask before a first project. A narrower question belongs in your outline, where it gets a specific answer.

What do you need from us to start?

Your current intake, however informal: the email you send new clients, the questions you ask on a first call, the list of materials you request. Rough is fine. Shaping it is the work.

What exactly is delivered?

Whatever the written quotation names: intake forms, requirement maps and summary page structures as files with their notes, sent by email or download link. Nothing arrives by post.

How is the work priced?

In writing, before anything else. The quotation names the full figure in pounds sterling with any taxes inside it, and that figure does not grow afterwards. No price is published here because no two intakes share a scope.

How long does a project take?

As long as the quotation’s schedule says, and that depends on the scope and on when your materials reach us. A general number published here would be honest for nobody.

How do revisions work?

The quotation fixes how many rounds are included. Past that, a change is agreed and priced in writing before anyone works on it — so a revision never turns into a surprise line on an invoice.

Can the questionnaire change after handover?

Yes. The notes explain the logic of each section, so your own edits stay coherent; and larger changes can be agreed as new work with a quotation of their own.

Do you collect our clients’ data for us?

No. The structure is yours; the answers your clients give go to you, through your own tools. We host nothing and store no responses, and the intake asks for ordinary business information only — never sensitive personal data.

What is not included?

Regulated, legal, financial, medical or cybersecurity services; automated decisions about your clients; ongoing support beyond the agreed work — a build is a single engagement, never a subscription.

Who owns the result?

Ownership and the licence to use the delivered materials are set out in the written quotation for your project. Materials you supply remain yours throughout.

How do we begin?

With a short outline of how your projects start today. The Contact page says what a useful outline contains.

Something narrower? That is what the outline is for.
