How it works

In writing from step two.

Five steps, the same for every project. Scope, schedule and the full price are fixed by the written quotation before work begins, so later holds no surprises.

  1. Initial enquiry

It starts with a few lines from you: your service, your clients, and how a project begins today. The outline shapes everything that follows, so the detail that matters is how projects really start, not how they are supposed to.

From you: A short outline. The Contact page lists what a useful one contains.

  2. Written scope and quotation

Our reply is a written quotation. It names the scope, the deliverables and their formats, the delivery schedule, the included revisions and the full price in pounds sterling, with any applicable taxes inside it. The work is agreed when you accept that quotation in writing and we confirm the order in writing.

From you: A decision. Nothing starts, and nothing is charged, before this.

  3. Your materials

You supply what the intake has to be built from: the questions you already ask new clients, the documents or emails you already send, and examples of answers that helped a project or held it back.

From you: The materials named in the quotation, by the points its schedule sets.

  4. Agreed work

We build the questionnaire, requirement map and summary structures named in the quotation, adapt the question logic to your process, and test the agreed journey before handover.

From you: Reviews at the points the schedule names, from one named person who can approve the work.

  5. Digital handover

The agreed files and their documentation arrive digitally, with notes on how each part works and how to keep it current. Nothing is posted.

From you: Someone to receive the handover and ask the questions it should answer.
